ResHub is premised on relationship centred care, whereby optimising the social, information, and process relationships between residents, families and staff ultimately enhances resident wellness. By adopting a holistic approach to wellness, our platform maps to three interconnected indicators of wellness – Biological, Psychological, and Social.

Our solution (ResHub) maintains a focus on the resident/patient, enabling staff to deliver a personalised experience that is based on each individual’s experiences, wellbeing, preferences and feelings.

ResHub is a research driven, cloud hosted, SaaS platform that enables a connected experience between residents/patients, staff, services and family members. Our platform includes user facing experiences for residents/patients, staff and family members, with a focus on promoting holisitc wellbeing for individuals living in residential care settings (including home care).
