Isaac Care is a provider of independent living solutions with 10 years experience in providing in person homecare to clients across Ireland. We understand our clients’ needs and have developed Isaac Care as a support to families and carers in effectively managing the clients’ care needs. We have developed an open, user friendly platform which aggregates data from multiple different devices. Isaac uses innovative technology combined with remote and in person monitoring to allow people to live safely and independently at home for longer.

We can contribute to ROSIA by incorporating telerehabilitation into our existing platform, we have a network of trained professionals who can assist with patient motivation and compliance.
